These terms govern your use of the Axel marketing site at getaxel.app and any related interactions, including demo requests and email exchanges with our team (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Axel is operated by Your Digital Media. The Service describes our product and lets you request a demo. The use of the Axel product itself is governed by a separate commercial agreement.

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Service without our written permission.

When you submit a demo request, you authorise us to contact you about Axel using the details you provide. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to one of our emails or contacting hello@getaxel.app.

The Service may include links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your Digital Media is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory law.
